Ask the organization responsible for the decision. Your university handles its course and offer conditions; the relevant government authority handles visa application guidance.
Questions for university admissions
Use the university's official course page and international admissions contact for academic conditions, English evidence, campus, intake availability and scholarship decisions. Include your application reference if you have one, but share personal documents only through the university's official process.
For money already paid, ask the university finance or admissions team to confirm the payment record, remaining tuition, refund terms and any CAS-related payment condition. Keep the written reply with your application records.
Questions about a UK visa application
Start with the official GOV.UK Student visa pages. Use the UKVI contact finder for the route appropriate to your question and where you are applying. A general publication or provider cannot decide your immigration outcome.
A visa application centre's appointment or document-service role is separate from the Home Office decision. Follow the links and instructions supplied through your official application rather than relying on an unsolicited message.
Questions to take to an adviser
Ask an adviser to identify the official source behind a recommendation, disclose student charges and explain which services are included. Check who will receive any tuition payment and what the university says about refunds.
For a factual issue in this publication, retain the page URL, statement and official evidence described in the corrections policy. A dedicated publication contact has not yet been listed in this first release; the links below are contacts for official application questions, not a publication inbox.
