Compare consultancy support with EducationUSA resources
US institutions set their own admissions procedures. Ask whether a consultancy can help with the institutions and qualification levels on your shortlist, and which parts you must complete directly. An agency’s university-logo collection does not establish that every institution accepts an application through that agency.
USEF-Nepal houses an EducationUSA Advising Center supported by the US Department of State. Its information and advising resources give applicants another route for researching US higher education. It is presented here as an official resource, separately from the commercial provider list.
Keep control of essays, funding evidence and submissions
Ask for a written breakdown of college selection, application support, essay review, test preparation and any later-stage assistance. Confirm application fees and the institution’s own deadlines from its admissions pages. Your academic record, activities and written responses should remain accurate and your own.
- Can the adviser explain why each college fits my academic and funding needs?
- Which services cost extra, and which institutional application fees are separate?
- How will I review final submissions and keep my college portal access?
Common questions
Is EducationUSA Nepal a commercial consultancy listing?
No. The USEF-Nepal EducationUSA center is linked as an additional official advising resource, outside the commercial directory records.
Does directory inclusion establish that an adviser represents a US college?
No. The record only supports published USA study coverage. Check the specific relationship or submission arrangement with the institution itself.
Should an adviser write my application responses for me?
Ask for guidance that follows the institution’s rules and preserves your own accurate work. Review every final response and keep control of your submissions.
